Greck was retained by the developer to undertake a flood study including the preparation of constraint mapping for two proposed multi-storey residential and commercial condominiums.

Using Etobicoke Creek hydraulic modelling and recently completed topographic survey information, regulatory flood and erosion hazards were mapped to delineate the limits of development.

In addition, a detailed erosion and sediment control plan was prepared in accordance with Municipal and Conservation Authority standards and guidelines for both development phases and to supplement the engineering design drawing package for construction. Construction inspection services were provided.
